Twenty years ago, after nearly eighty years of experimentation on the villagers with nothing to show for it save the Village Lords and her own ties in The Connections, Mother Miranda slowly started to lure fresh blood to her little Romanian village. Bioweapon, human, it doesn’t matter, as long as they are able to further her own research into trying to resurrect her darling Eva. The majority of those who come to reside in Căidul, stay within the confines of the village. There’s safety in numbers after all, and the Lycans are ever lurking past the village gates. Any non-cadou or mold bioweapons have had it made clear to them, that if they spread their own infection then they are subject to the Black God’s anger, and it is a vengeful god.
Despite the slow influx of people, Căidul remains a village that many enter but few, if any, ever leave again.None are safe from the Village Lord’s schemes and machinations, much less Mother Miranda’s.
However, the slow trickle of disappearances have caught the eye of such forces as the BSAA and they have set up camp past the outskirts of the valley, and monitor the situation.

A new united effort to rehabilitate and weaponize high profile threats has arised. Organizations from around the world make a collective push for the successful transition of the use of B.O.Ws and mutates to fight future incidents. The best of the best agents and scientists have been selected for this program in order to handle, train and utilize these biological weapons.
These subjects are being repurposed into anti-viral and anti-terrorist combatants. Agents and subjects have been moved to Kingfisher, a remote island in Sweden, that will serve as both base of operations and their new home until the experiment is either terminated or, successfully concluded. But who is really in control here?
Project Antivirus is a literate, laid back and 18+, Resident Evil discord rp open to characters from the RE universe both villain and hero! This primarily sandbox RP, with a contributing over arching plot, began in 2022 after the village incident, and has now been brought into 2023. This plot is loosely based on the B.S.A.A’s use of B.O.Ws for combat. We accept OCs and crossover canons with an RE verse.
